These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the online store AISTORE and its related AI-based applications including AIassist, PDF analyzers, and triaging tools (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Service”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or registering for AI-based services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

AISTORE provides:

• Digital downloadable products, such as AI-generated image packs, reports, collages, and data analyses.
• External AI-linked products, including the AIassist chatbot, research assistants, triaging, and PDF analysis tools that use OpenAI’s technology.

All digital downloads and AI tools are designed for informational and creative use only. Outputs from the AI-based tools do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Use of Services

• Visitors may freely browse and purchase any digital or AI-based product.
• Certain digital items or AI tools may be offered free of charge or require user registration.
• Orders for digital downloads are final and non-refundable once completed.
• Access to AIassist requires registration with a valid email and password.
• Each new AIassist user receives 500 free credits (≈5,000 tokens) upon sign-up.
• Credits are consumed when using AI features such as PDF uploads, report generation, or triaging.
• After free credits are used up, users may purchase additional credit packs to continue premium use.

3. Credits and Payments

Credit Packs:

• 1,000 credits = ₹200
• 2,000 credits = ₹350

Credits are:

• Non-transferable
• Non-redeemable for cash
• Non-refundable once issued

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay, supporting major cards and UPI. Prices and offers may be updated at any time.

4. Account Registration and Security

• Users must register with a valid email address. OTP verification is required at sign-up.
• Only one free credit allocation per email address is permitted.
• Account deletion requests should be sent to adiware.contact@gmail.com. Verified accounts are deleted manually.
• Passwords are not stored on our servers; authentication is handled via secure session management.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activity under their account.

5. Uploaded Files and Data Privacy

• PDFs or data uploaded to AIassist or related tools are temporarily processed and not permanently stored on our servers.
• Users can delete their uploaded files and related data anytime. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
• Uploaded content is not used to train or improve AI models.

6. Digital Product Usage Rights

All digital products sold through AISTORE — including images, reports, designs, and collages — are licensed for personal and commercial use by the purchaser.
Buyers may:

• Use purchased content in personal or commercial projects, publications, websites, or creative works.
• Modify or adapt the content for their own use.

Buyers may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage the original files as standalone digital products or claim authorship.
• Offer them “as-is” on other marketplaces or file-sharing platforms.

Ownership of copyright remains with AISTORE or its licensors; however, a broad commercial usage license is granted to the purchaser upon payment.

7. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized activities.
• Upload or share copyrighted content without authorization.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use AI outputs to mislead, defame, or impersonate others.

8. Termination or Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Purchased credits and digital downloads are non-refundable upon termination or deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

• All products and services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
• AIassist and related tools are not substitutes for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
• We are not liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from the use or misuse of our services or digital content.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
