a. For AIassist Chatbot and Triaging Services

  • Email Address: Collected during registration to identify accounts and ensure free credits are granted only once per user.
  • Uploaded Files: PDFs or documents uploaded for AI analysis are temporarily processed and indexed on your device. They are not stored on our servers.
  • Patient or Case Details: Any patient-related information you provide for triaging is under your control and may be deleted after use.

b. For the Online Store

  • Purchase Details: When you buy digital products, we collect necessary transaction information such as your name, email address, and payment confirmation (handled securely by our payment processor).
  • Payment Information: All payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party provider. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking information.
  • Website Usage Data: We may collect minimal analytics data (e.g., pages visited, product interactions) to improve site performance. No personally identifying browsing profiles are created.

2. Data Storage and Deletion

  • Uploaded files, indexes, and triaging data remain under your control and may be deleted at any time using the provided delete buttons. Once deleted, related AI outputs cannot be recovered.
  • We do not store user passwords. Authentication uses secure session management.
  • To delete your account, email adiware.contact@gmail.com. Upon verification, all account and email-associated data will be permanently removed.
  • Purchase-related data is retained only as long as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

  • Register and manage your account.
  • Allocate and track AI credits.
  • Prevent misuse of free credit allocations.
  • Process and fulfill digital product purchases.
  • Provide AI-powered services such as triaging and PDF analysis.

Data shared for AI processing is transmitted securely to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) solely for generating responses.

4. Data Sharing

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
  • Limited data may be shared with:
    • Payment Processors (Razorpay) for secure payment handling.
    • AI Providers (OpenAI) for processing user prompts and documents.
    • Hosting Services (PythonAnywhere /Hostinger ) for platform operation.
  • Each provider is contractually obligated to handle your data only for delivering the requested service.

5. Security

  • We use industry-standard encryption and HTTPS protocols to safeguard your data.
  • Since uploaded PDFs and patient details are not stored on our servers, the risk of unauthorized access to such files is minimized.
  • However, users are advised to avoid uploading sensitive medical or financial information unless necessary for the intended use.

6. User Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your account at any time by emailing adiware.contact@gmail.com.
  • Delete uploaded files, indexes, and triaging data through the in-app delete option.
  • Discontinue using the Service or the Store at any time.
  • Request clarification on data retention or handling.

7. International Users

Our website and chatbot are hosted on servers operated by PythonAnywhere in US East (Virginia, United States).
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information (limited to your email and minimal usage data) may be transferred and processed in the United States.
By using our services, you consent to such transfer and processing.

8. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our operations or legal obligations.
The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our Store or AI services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
