Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 September 2025

This policy governs purchases and cancellations for both the AI ONLINE STORE and the AIassist application (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Service”).
By accessing or using our website, purchasing digital products, or using AI-based services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Free Credits

• Every new AIassist user is granted 500 free credits (equivalent to approximately 5,000 tokens) upon registration.
• These credits are provided so users can evaluate the Service before purchasing additional credits.
• Free credits are available only once per user account and cannot be renewed or transferred.

2. Purchases

• Credit Packs available for purchase:
  • 1,000 credits = ₹200 (approx. USD $2.50)
  • 2,000 credits = ₹350 (approx. USD $4.00)
• Digital Products: Digital downloads (e.g., AI-generated reports, image packs, collages, or data analyses) are delivered instantly after payment.
• Due to the instant-access and downloadable nature of these digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• Similarly, purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable once delivered to the user account.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only available in the event of a technical error caused by our system in which:

• Purchased credits were paid for but not credited to the user’s account, and
• The issue is verified by both the user’s payment provider and our support team.

If such an error occurs:

1. The user must first contact their payment bank or Razorpay for confirmation of successful payment.
2. The payment confirmation should then be forwarded to adiware.contact@gmail.com for review.
3. Upon verification, the missing credits will either be credited manually or the payment refunded as appropriate.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind, unused credits, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs.

4. Cancellations

• Users may request account cancellation at any time by emailing adiware.contact@gmail.com.
• Account cancellation permanently deletes access to AIassist and any unused credits.
• Unused credits are non-refundable.
• Attempts to create multiple accounts to repeatedly access free credits or exploit offers are prohibited and may lead to suspension.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect operational or legal changes.
All updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Continued use of the Service or Store after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
